The Free Gym offers and is working on expanding a wide variety of services, products, and classes in order to serve the community. Depending on the service, product, or class, the free gym will utilize community volunteers in order to help accomplish its goals. If you would like to help give back to the community and serve with us at The Free Gym in our community-enrichment programs, please email us at . The Soccer Program
At The Free Gym, we offer a custom-tailored comprehensive soccer program to meet the needs of children of all ages. Our program focuses on developing the technical, tactical, and psychological aspects of the game, with the goal of helping children improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Our program is divided into different work proposals according to the age of each group, from 6 years old to 16-17 years old. We focus on developing perceptual skills, basic movements, and specific skills and tasks, aiming to improve children’s overall health and give them a real opportunity to improve their lives.
Landscaping & Home Services
Through the collaboration of one of our sister companies, Grass & Home, we offer services such as landscaping, power washing, gutter cleaning, junk removal, furniture installations, repairs and more to members of the community. For those interested in learning how to maintain their own homes and possessions, Grass and Home will Collaborate with The Free Gym to provide a training service for basic home maintenance tasks.
Nutrition Services
The Free Gym offers a wealth of advanced nutritional knowledge from experienced professionals. Whether you’re just looking for recipes to make yourself or if you’re looking to buy a refreshing and healthy drink, The Free Gym has you covered.
Moving Services
Through our sister company Top Humble Movers, we are able to generate income for The Free Gym organization as well as provide a world-class moving experience at an affordable rate. Contributing Free Gym members who are moving themselves or a business can enjoy discounted or otherwise unoffered services at superior rates thanks to their generosity toward The Free Gym Organization
